SVP Jobs
An SVP or senior vice president is a c-level executive position responsible for the overall administration, and management of a company or organization. Responsibilities include overseeing strategy formulation as per company policies and targets; handling company brands; and working as the primary senior level contact for clients. An SVP may also be responsible for preparation of annual budgets; development of the managerial, legal, financial, and IT structures; coaching and guiding business managers in deal flow generation; negotiating on high volume deals and making high level closings as required. An SVP needs to maintain strong and positive links with top stakeholders. An SVP reports to the president.
An SVP should preferably have a degree in business management. Experience of 10+ years in a high level managerial role is essential. Strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills are required.
