Associate Director Jobs
Associate director jobs are generally found for people in the marketing field, wherein their main task is to assist the area director to maintain and grow the company sales account over a particular geographic region.
The main job of an associate director is to be the second in command of the geographic region of the area director. He has to work with his main director to ensure that his firm’s clients in a particular area are satisfied with the product or service of his company and also to grow the company’s market share in the region. The associate director has to make trips to his clients to maintain good relations and grow business. To become get one of the associate director jobs a candidate has to have at least a bachelor’s degree in marketing and around five years of experience in a supervisory position.
A MBA degree will also work in the candidate’s favor. Another important ability needed to do this job successfully is to be able to communicate effectively with clients. The area director should also be able to understand different markets and be able to innovate based on the current market demand for that particular product or service.
