If you believe that you have mastered the way of the desktop computer, then that puts you far ahead of the millions of computer users that rely on nothing but other programs to keep their computers maintained. Although there are tons of self–help articles and manuals scattered throughout the Internet and within the system in the form of on–screen help, some users just do not like reading the context because it is too much of an effort or is just too confusing to understand. Instead, they would rather hire someone to do all the troubleshooting and entrust their expertise in solving their problems.

There are plenty of incidents where countless money is spent on these computer executives, but they fail to do the job completely just so they are needed again. Needless to say, this is very frustrating to customers. This is not a great or moral start for your career. What you want is to be viewed as someone who puts support on the forefront and give your customers the utmost satisfaction by doing your best in solving computer problems. Executive computer jobs only vary depending on your expertise in the many available fields. There may be chances that you can handle multiple kinds of computer issues, putting you in a much-demanded position. No matter what skills you have, the main thing that matters is your support and dedication to helping others, rather than making as much money as possible off them.

Some of the available executive computer jobs are outlined below.

Spyware Executive Jobs

People who have these jobs are considered spyware specialists because of their ability to target and locate spyware quickly without taking drastic measures such as system formats and reinstallations.

With spyware affecting millions of computers around the world, anti-spyware programs have started to be on the most-wanted list. Many of the programs claim to be commercial grade and promise to be worth the money, but some anti-spyware software either underperforms or happens to be spyware itself. Anti-spyware programs have some significant limitations, and while they may remove a lot of known spyware material, some traces are usually left around.

There are many step-by-step tutorials online that highlight specific details on how to remove spyware which is very difficult to remove. Depending on the type of spyware infection, steps to remove it can range from a couple of steps to as many as twenty. No standard computer user wants to go through that procedure, and most likely they will make mistakes throughout the process, making the problem even worse. Spyware executives are people who can interpret these steps and carefully go about the steps to ensure that all the spyware gets removed.

Adware Executive Jobs

Adware executives have a similar role to spyware executives because adware and spyware have similar steps for removal. However, adware is more of an annoyance than a threat, since, unlike spyware, adware does not steal user information or monitor activity such as keystrokes. The thing that annoys average computer users is the unwanted pop-ups and advertisements that seemingly come out of nowhere and disrupt their work or session. One common cause of this problem is the installing of third-party programs which are not trusted or have no coverage in popular download sites.

Therefore, the duty of an adware executive is to check out what programs the infected computer has installed and see which ones are suspicious. It is a good idea to explain to clients why this certain program is bad, how it includes adware in the package, and what clean alternatives are available for download. You can even recommend what the best adware scanners are so that next time they can fix the problem themselves. Adware is generally much easier to remove than spyware so it is better to teach clients some general tips on how to remove them.

Task Manager Executive Jobs

Task Manager is the filename for the Task Manager software for various Windows operating systems. What it does is list all the running processes and some details on memory usage. For virus, adware, and spyware removal, this tool remains crucial to shutting down these malicious programs and effectively removing them from the system. Many people do not know how to interpret this software and it can look quite confusing at first glance.

Task Manager executives have more of the role of general maintenance and system checkup rather than actual repairs. If someone’s computer has been acting strange, a task manager executive can look at it just by analyzing the Task Manager program and see if there is anything suspicious running. It is good to teach some basics about the task manager such as the fact that running too many programs will slow down the computer whether it is malicious code or not. You can even recommend memory upgrades to solve the slowdown issues. If strange programs ever show up in the Task Manager list, the executive can either shut down and locate the program for deletion, or contact an adware or spyware executive for assistance in case the malware is difficult to remove.

All of these executive jobs are about caring for the client and their computer. By doing the job effectively, time can be saved on both the executive’s and client’s side. Remember to always keep support first and you will be considered a reliable executive.
