You will provide leadership,

customer expertise, and strategic priorities that are critical for growth. The

position is part of the leadership team accountable to deliver the AOP for commercial

products across Ducted Systems with specific accountability to lead and own profitable

market share growth for commercial products in all channels. You will provide COE

and channel support and overall guidance for commercial products across all

channels and brands. You are also accountable for the creation, management and

execution of the channel optimization local go-to-market strategies for commercial

products within Ducted Systems. 


How you will do it

You will be accountable

to achieve share growth target for all commercial products in all channels.In close collaboration

with Ducted Systems senior sales leadership, you will identify opportunities

to provide support and dedicated expertise for product, channel strategies,

programs and market penetration tactics. You will provide market knowledge and

own strategic direction setting with sales leaders and RAM’s / RSM’s to

evaluate and execute channel strategies to support growth plans (across all

brands and channels).You will have overall

ownership for commercial product sales and marketing capability for all

Ducted Systems channels. You will develop and deploy best practice planning

and execution models and ensure best practice sharing where applicable.You will have key

decision right in channel optimization in creating local market strategies to

optimize Ducted Systems penetration and share utilizing all brands and

channels to maximize profitable growth for the commercial products portfolio.You will serve as a critical

stakeholder into product management function providing leadership and

expertise necessary to give direction into NPI having captured critical

customer, market and competitor intelligence. Conduct market assessments to

evaluate competitive channel and product gaps.In collaboration with the

pricing team and sales team, you will be responsible for developing and

implementing pricing strategies across all brand teams.  You will have

margin expansion targets and will have decision rights creating and executing

strategies to achieve margin expansion goals.You will lead critical market assessments to evaluate

competitive channel and product gapsYou will have dotted line reporting into the Commercial Systems


','!*!What we look for                                            

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering. MBA

preferred.  Minimum of 15 years’ experience in channel/product

businesses. Within the HVAC industry highly desirable.Direct sales and sales management experience in HVAC

industry. Preferably experience with both manufacturer direct and indirect

sales arrangements.Strong leadership and communication skills including the

ability to operate successfully within a matrix organization. Candidate must be

able to lead and drive results across the matrix.Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong

problem solving capabilities.Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capabilities. Proficient with reporting tools and Microsoft office. Requires frequent North America travel and to company
