Job Summary

Responsible for the development of the short and long-term strategy for the sales of Comcast Business Enterprise suite of products within the Central region. They will focus on the acquisition and management of large multi-site and multi-location Fortune 400 accounts. They will be tasked with establishing leadership and the direction for multiple functional areas. They will manage a team of senior-level leaders who are responsible for Sales Executives and will ensure the availability of appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives; Influence, shape and integrates strategy for functional areas.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Drive the business development and penetration of Fortune 400 accounts.

Develops an annual operating budget for Product Sales.

Leads process improvement initiatives including ensuring appropriate tools are available to assist with sales activities and action steps to follow in the sales campaign.

Leads training standards and certifications. Works with the team to ensure excellence with every customer contact. Leads the performance and development of the National Account Team.

Monitor competitor activity in the marketplace by conducting benchmarking activities.

Leads the successful implementation of advertising and promotional activities. Oversees all sales activities to ensure the success of the Company's product sales campaign.

Develop an annual workforce and training plan to help realize appropriate talent levels to realize sales and organizational objectives.

Makes presentations to and negotiates with executive-level customers.

Leads team to achieves and exceed all sales quotas and targets. Oversees incentives and other programs necessary to achieve success.

Defines and recommends new products and services for market opportunities.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Extensive leadership Experience:

Strategic planning

Experience in leading sales leaders

Proven ability to recruit, hire and develop leaders

Implement and operate daily-weekly- monthly operational cadence

Financial acumen

Proven track record ofleading enterprise sales teams selling to complex Fortune 500 accounts.

Complex Sales Methodology

Proven ability to develop relationships with multiple levels in an account

Ability to negotiate complex contracts

Broad background/experience in Solution Selling

Ability to coach and mentor sales leaders in complex selling and methodology

Telecommunications industry experience OR extensive experience working with a Technology Solutions Provider.

Generally requires 14 years related sales and/or sales leadership experience

Bachelors' Degree or Equivalent
