What you will do.
The Vice President of Product
is the linchpin between business, solving for customers, engineering, design, and SaaS execution. This role is responsible for leading the strategic vision and tactical delivery of company OKRs as they relate to existing and new products and services as well as their tracking and commercial success. The VP of Product understands that culture eats strategy for breakfast.

Who You Are
You have demonstrated several years working in a product leadership role that imbues strong team development aligned to a vision, execution (GSD), while not burning the culture.
You have fought the good fight and know when to say no and when to say yes
You know how to develop and lead an eclectic group of people to perform better through your efforts (you need to be able to articulate what those efforts are)
You are a highly collaborative leader with the ability to build and lead a team to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic and high growth environment
Effective influencer and ability to work with cross-functional teams to manage, support and solve problems
You have a successful track record of collaborating with engineers and designers to ensure great user experiences
You have excellent analytical skills
You are a talented storyteller and your creative thinking starts with the customer and works backwards
You are highly organized, have ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines
You operate well in environments without perfect information.
Requirements of the Role
Have a sense for OKRs, JTBD, Outcomes not Outputs, Design Thinking, Strategy, and Lean Product Management
Have fought the fight more than once. Not looking to be your first rodeo
Know how to work across departments successfully. Must give examples.
Understand the principles taught as part of a top-tier MBA program
Have made more than a hundred mistakes in a product leadership role (don’t list them all)
