Prepare and review complex financial

analyses of ownership changes within the A-B wholesaler network Review wholesaler acquisition and

financing documents to ensure compliance with A-B Wholesaler Equity

Agreement Lead transition of current and future

A-BI brands from non-equity wholesalers to A-BI wholesalersProject lead executing WOD acquisitions

and divestitures--works closely with legal, tax and functional teams to

negotiate contracts, obtain senior management approvals, ensure transaction

closing and support integration effortsPerform business valuations for

prospective acquisitions and divestitures by A-B Participate in the negotiation and

structuring of transactions involving privately held businesses 


Technical/Functional Skills:

Industry-standard valuation

methodologies for privately-held businesses Strong knowledge of Excel and financial

modeling Strong knowledge of the application of

finance and accounting conceptsDetail-oriented and analytical 

People Skills:

Conducting diligence meetings with

internal and external partiesNegotiation and influenceAbility to communicate finance concepts

effectively with non-financial peers/managers and with our independent wholesalers 

Knowledge of the following areas:

Beer wholesale operations and the

three-tier systemTax and accounting aspects of business

combinationsMerger and acquisition deal structuresCurrent lending environment and



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics

or business-related field required; MBA with finance concentration strongly

preferredFive or more years of analytical work

experience and at least 3 years Investment Banking, Public Accounting, Commercial

Banking, or Corporate Finance/Planning/Development
