What We’re Looking For:

The

Director, Instructional Recruitment

(DIR)

leads a team of Recruiting Managers, each of whom oversees a regional recruiting team that owns the talent acquisition process for Instructional roles. As an experienced, energetic, results-driven leader, the position holder is responsible for training, developing, and coaching a high-performance team, and accountable for delivering against recruiting KPIs, including on-time Instructional staff hiring across all universities in their assigned portfolio. The Director develops and implements annual strategic recruiting plans, collaborating with key cross-functional partners across Field Operations, University Relations, Product Management, Curriculum Management, and others. They will engage with both internal and external stakeholders to provide talent acquisition expertise and advisement in the launch of new products, bootcamp programs, and partners. The Director is responsible for optimal resource allocation, including investments in recruitment marketing initiatives, sourcing platforms, and job boards as well as ensuring proper deployment recruiting team human resources to ensure delivery against the most critical needs of our rapidly scaling business.

In addition, the Director will be responsible for establishing best-practices and will lead key projects including annual workforce planning for instructional staff, supporting the launch of new initiatives, driving business process improvements, and implementing new technology solutions as needed.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Lead, coach, guide a direct team of Recruiting Managers that are accountable for high-volume, deadline-driven hiring goals.

Direct the annual workforce planning process for the Regions assigned.

Develop strategic plans to ensure each regional recruiting teams’ ability to deliver the annual Instructional hiring goals for each university in the Region.

Serve as a senior level point-of-contact for executive leaders and external stakeholders as it relates to Instructional Recruiting for the universities with the assigned portfolio.

Support strategic recruitment initiatives, corporate projects, and other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Identify process improvement opportunities and champion streamlined practices, workflows, and metrics.

Manage and drive for compliance to standardized recruitment processes.

Work closely with the Director of Recruitment to constantly evaluate recruiting efforts to continually improve the process, speed, and quality of talent brought into the organization.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

Bachelor’s degree required

8 years of experience related to talent acquisition and recruiting.

3 years of proven success leading a talent acquisition or recruiting team, including experience managing managers.

Strategic thinker who is solutions-oriented and process-driven.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Proactive, adaptable, flexible, and able to pivot when the business priorities shift.

Proficiency with productivity platforms (including Google Suites tools), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Greenhouse.

Proficiency with recruiting and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is $99,000.00 with potential bonus and equity eligibility. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate’s assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
