is a 200-bed comprehensive facility offering a full array of acute care
services, including cardiology, emergency, oncology, orthopaedics/spine,
rehabilitation and women’s services. As an Accredited Chest Pain Center with
PCI and a Primary Stroke Center, TriStar Summit is a leading provider of
emergency heart and stroke care. There are more than 300 board-certified
physicians representing over 36 specialties on staff, many of whom have offices
located on TriStar Summit's campus.We are hiring a Vice President of Quality to join our leadership team!
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Quality Management directs multiple facility-wide
functions including performance improvement, patient safety, risk management,
regulatory compliance and infection control. Another primary role of the Vice
President is that of consultation and
education for the management and hospital staff regarding the above aspects of
Quality and Risk Management.
Additionally, the Vice President functions as the Risk Manager and
directs the clinical risk management program, including the functions of
clinical risk management, claims management, and program administration. She/he
provides counseling and education to facility leadership, clinical personnel,
Board of Trustees and medical staff members related to risk exposures including
risk prevention and risk reduction.
