Job Description


Develop, manage and maintain best operational practices

Responsible for quality control of all construction documents

Maintains multiple state architecture licenses

Develops and executes internal work flow and financial procedures

Develops a team of highly skilled professionals

Ensures projects deadlines are met

Partners and coordinates with team members to ensure overall projects are complete, integrated and satisfies all scope of work requirements

Partners with the leadership to build and maintain a highly skilled and motivated team

Provides technical assistance as required

Initiates and coordinates measures to resolve technical and engineering problems

Overall accountability for client approvals

Exceed client expectations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Must be licensed with at least 15 years of experience

Must have previous management experience

Must have experience producing Design Architecture for restaurants and retail

Experience with projects at all phases is a plus

Proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques and concepts

Proficiency in Auto Cad and Sketch-up

Experience in Revit is a plus

Must be a self starter, motivated and is proactive in management of the process

Must have a strong work ethic

Solid time management skills

Strong organization skills

Excellent communication skills

Demonstrated ability to maintain required performance level in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines

Must have exceptional standards for quality and a strong attention to detail

Must be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team
