The Navigation & Sensors Commercial Aircraft Long Cycle Growth Director is responsible for developing

& deploying strategies to deliver strong year over year growth for the navigation

and sensing portfolio. The Director will implement a management operating system that generates an abundance of ideas that will be validated through customer/marketplace VOC for development

of product roadmaps and new product introductions in alignment with the STRAP

growth objectives.

This role has a strong market & customer interface with all commercial Aerospace OEMs.

The role leads, directs, and set the product marketing strategies for the Commercial Navigation portfolio.

You will be accountable for customer engagement, product strategy & roadmaps which includes leading & driving new product development ideas through the initial stages of the New Product Introduction process.

You will partner with the Customer Business Teams, Sales, and Engineering to achieve profitable growth in development of the STRAP and AOP plans.

You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to achieve the business objectives and maximize growth.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Finance

5 years of relevant product management, technical management, business management or program management experience in the aerospace industry.

5 years of experience building & leading integrated cross functional teams from various internal and external organizations

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to export laws

WE VALUE

Ability to manage business and organizational vision by communicating a compelling purpose, driving change cross-organizationally, and inspiring and motivating people andorganizations

Broad commercial air transport, business jet, and helicopters aerospace product knowledge is desirable that includes customer interface

Proficiency in the inertial navigation products is strongly desired

Strong analytical and financial acumen

Strong customer & executive communication skills

Proven track record in product, technical, program, business or management

Strong background and knowledge of marketing processes, principles and tools, and a proven track record of successful new product planning and introduction

Proven ability to collaborate across product lines, technologies, and functions to develop jointstrategies and roadmaps

Proven ability to think strategically to develop high impact growth plans

Due to US export control laws, must be a US citizen, permanent resident or have protected status.Exempt Celebrating 100 Years In Aviation
