Job Summary

You will be responsible for leading a team of Field Solution Architects and Field Engineers to sell Enterprise SaaS cybersecurity solutions. Provides vision and leadership for customer usage and implementation of a new **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. enterprise security SaaS product, called Titan, for use in enterprise Security Operations and Compliance activities. This solution embodies a new, ground-breaking architectural approach called 'Decoupling SIEM'. The new **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. offering ingests, parses, normalizes and flattens data from hybrid sources for depositing in a data lake for use in answering key compliance and security questions, leading to faster searches and significant cost reduction. As Senior Director, Field Solution Architecture, you will direct use case analysis, planning and business review of enterprise cybersecurity security operations systems. You'll craft the end to end technical selling process, including leading architectural workshops, demoing the solution, designing and implementing Proof of Concepts and driving them towards business outcomes and the technical win. You will also scope and price out the solution for sale. You will be a senior member of the initial leadership team for the new **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Technology Solutions Cybersecurity Business Unit, and you will have other leadership duties including contributing to the development of the organization's business and objectives to align with this strategy.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Help clients transform their security operations model beginning to end. This includes presenting the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. platform to prospective customers, creating and delivering demonstrations of the product, gathering customer technical requirements for POCs and implementations, and creating evaluation test plans with customers.

Hire, guide, and nurture a team of field solution architects and sales engineers underneath you.

Lead the creation of videos, demos, demo scripts, and use cases of the solution to be implemented by your team.

Influence the product roadmap and strategy by funneling customer feedback with your own expertise to product management and engineering.

Develop and evolve the technical sales process as well as technical pre-sales enablement over time.


Additional Responsibilities


Monitor current and future trends, technology and information that will positively affect organizational projects; applies and integrates emerging technological trends to new and existing systems architecture.

Mentor team members in relevant technologies and implementation architecture.

Contribute to the overall product roadmap.

Build and maintain demo labs for customers and partners.

Capture and understand client needs, finding key areas where the technology can tackle customer issues, defines architectural approaches and develops technology proof of concepts.

Communicate technology direction.

Monitor the project lifecycle from intake through delivery. Ensures the entire solution design is complete and consistent from the beginning and seeks to remove as much re-work as possible.

Contribute to and supports efforts to further build intellectual property via patents.

In addition to possessing a strong technical foundation, this role will require strong communication skills, strategic account management, relationship building skills and a combination of hunter and farmer sales skills to be successful.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be willing and able to work the occasional night and weekend, variable schedule(s) and after hours as necessary.

Travel required 25-50% of the time.

Salary:

Pay Range: $186,698.07 - $280,047.10
