Chubb is seeking a creative, innovative, customer-obsessed, and data-driven AVP, Marketing Data who is ambitious, hungry to impact, learn and develop professionally. This person will join a growing team of digital marketers charged with transforming marketing at Chubb globally. Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Experience and Performance, this person will be based in New York City or Jersey City and partner with colleagues all over the world to optimize and reshape the online experiences of key audiences, including clients, distribution partners, prospective clients, prospective employees, and more.

Skills and experience (what you’ll do):
Evaluate and analyze the performance of digital journeys; refine and optimize digital strategies to drive deeper engagement, conversion, and increased qualified web traffic.
Contribute to a customer-centric marketing approach, and help with web traffic segmentation and user journey mapping to deliver on priority business goals and objectives across different businesses/functions.
Analyze data to identify testing opportunities to optimize the digital experience and collaborate on experimentation roadmap.
Applies knowledge and experience to identify and solve complex business challenges that will impact business area.
Identify KPIs (i.e. engagement, conversion, adoption) needed for test analysis and understand test setup and data collection needs.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams on development of testing plan, implementation of experiment and analysis of results.
Collaborate on experimentation/testing project deliverables including communicating timelines, expectations, and process to stakeholders.
Document and maintain data standards, partnering with business data owners to map data structures, usage, and common definitions.
Lead and advance data governance principles, policies, and programs for stewardship, advocacy, and custodianship of data.
Manage audience connections between Chubb, our vendors, and our data partners to optimize how we share and activate across platforms (display, social, and search) while refining and standardizing the process.
Find and extract relevant audience and performance marketing data sets for use in digital advertising campaigns, personalization, marketing attribution and other relevant use case.
Develop and streamline marketing analyses and surface business-critical KPIs, establish success criteria and measurement of marketing impact, and effectively communicate performance.
Skilled at translating business needs into data and capability requirements.
Manage external relationships and provide guidance to global colleagues
','!*!Qualifications (what you should bring):
Strong experience with User Acceptance Testing of event tracking and marketing pixels.
Proven experience in improving funnel conversion metrics via optimization of online experience.
Business insights or analytical experience in marketing.
Deep experience required in digital (web, search, social) marketing analytics: using web analytics toolsets (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.) and cogently collating data into concise and meaningful presentation summaries.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical work to a non-technical audience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to demystify measurements and simplify sophisticated concepts in a relatable narrative to marketing, business, and technology leaders.
Familiarity with Digital ad strategies and tactics, alongside comfort with the advertising technology ecosystem
Experience with digital media channel analysis, KPI reporting and data visualization.
Experience with/exposure to customer journey analysis, including segmentation methods and conversion analysis.
Experience working with data vendors to develop and strengthen audience reach both on- and off-line.
Experience with/exposure to data visualization tools and platforms (Power BI, Qlik, Google DataStudio, Datorama).
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter with natural ability to recognize and define gaps, determine what changes need to be made, and work creatively to find solutions.
A strong desire to express your opinion and to challenge ideas.
