KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director in M&A Services for our Deal Advisory and Strategy practice.

Responsibilities:

Lead creation and implementation of integration and/or separation services for clients in a variety of industries

Direct business development experience focused in Financial Services Industry

Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing client services and lead client interviews, workshops, and industry research through secondary and primary resources

Manage the development and presentation of final client deliverables

Oversee the quality of client engagements and the development of staff

Qualifications:

Twelve plus years of experience in developing and implementing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration and separation services within a consulting advisory firm or corporate planning, development, or management function

Eight plus years of experience working with or for clients in the FS industry

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred

Experience managing multiple, complex initiatives and with the complete M&A life cycle

Ability to travel up to seventy five percent of the time
