The North American B2B Partnership Team is looking for a dynamic person to join our fintech account management team. Our partners are leading the way in Procure-to-Pay and digitizing payment solutions for small, middle-market and large enterprise clients while delivering value to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s financial institution partners. We are looking for an experienced B2B payments professional to engage with our portfolio of existing partners to help them use **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. core competencies in new, strategic and different ways and uncover opportunities that think beyond these existing core solutions.
This is an external and internal-facing role, with tremendous opportunity for exposure across the company. The Director works closely with internal product teams as well as regional customer account teams to accelerate the commercialization of their partnerships. They also represent **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. at industry events across the country.
The Director, B2B Partnerships will work to advance our B2B payments strategy with partners who can add value to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s customers. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with these strategic partners, and driving new opportunities based on collaborative cooperation with internal product partners, US customer account managers, and their respective bank customers.
Major Accountabilities:
· Understand the partner's business model and strategy and articulate ways in which **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. can help them achieve their goals
· Manage broad and involved partner relationships and coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders at various executive and management levels
· Facilitate discussions to advance **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. payment strategies across B2B including Track BPS, RTP, C&I and cross border payments
· Bring the partner thought leadership and insights, leveraging **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s broader organization to pull together compelling content
· Understand relevant market trends, regulation, competitor activity and being able to identify the so what for the partner
· Effectively prioritize the biggest opportunities and execute on strategic initiatives
· Develop and execute partner account management plans and QBR's
· Develop customer marketing plans and work with sales teams to optimize partner outcomes
· Identify and negotiate new partner engagements, working with Finance to build business models and drive coordination across complex business agreements
· Liaise with product teams to provide partner feedback and educate internally on relevant strategies in the B2B payment space, watch for trends, be seen as a go-to resource for other internal partners
· Gather information to assess **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s competitive positioning versus market
All About You:
• An experienced payments professional with a good understanding of the B2B payments ecosystem, trends, economics and value chain
• A proven track record in leading strategic relationships, extensive account management experience and the ability to build and communicate effective value propositions
• Able to lead customer facing and internal meeting and engage all parties to get to the heart of issues and/or opportunities
• Able to build consensus across a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to deliver value for your partner
• Action-oriented, with strong organization, planning and follow-up
• Comfortable with C-level discussions
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a large matrix-based organization
• Values partnerships and relationship building across an organization
• Passion for technology, B2B payments and strong desire to always be learning
Education/Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree

NYC Salary Range: $185,150 - $287,500
Westchester County Salary Range: $161,000 - $250,000
Remote New York Salary Range: $161,000 - $250,000
