Director - Reinsurance Facultative  You are someone who:Direct focus on individual risk facultative casualty broking production and placement; produce new business and assist in the development of sales and marketing strategy crafted to cultivate revenue generation opportunitiesAchieve personal production targets for new business development, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives. Focus will be on new business development and cross sell revenue growthWorks closely in collaboration with Aon Treaty and Aon Retail broking teams to focus efforts on the development of new business and establishing relationships with clients and prospects that align with Facultative business targets, with the understanding that volume of prospecting activity is criticalDrives Strong Client Service and Team LeadershipIdentify specific client and prospect needs and develop innovative and efficient solutionsMaintains at all times, a detailed understanding and knowledge of all available Aon resources and solutions available, and matching those to client business requirementsEstablishing and developing effective working relationships with clients and reinsurers, providing the client with comment re the cover, service and industry knowledge.Cross-selling and expanding the existing reinsurance opportunities with our clients; developing and managing client relationships in order to increase penetration and cultivate new business opportunitiesYou bring:Knowledge and ExpertiseA minimum of five years broking and/or casualty lines underwriting experience requiredCurrent underwriting contacts in the casualty space strongly preferredOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills combined with a consistent track record of relationship managementAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and written with external and internal clients on client servicing activitiesSelf-starter who can lead multiple projects, follow-up and exhibit creative problem solving within a fast-paced, high volume, environmentHave strong time-management skills, able to prioritize and run several projectsAbility to work independently; committed to delivering the highest in client service, quality and resultsAbility to deliver effective client service to multiple clients simultaneouslyAon's professionals are unwavering in their customer focus and integrity.
