Description: The Assistant Vice President, Regulatory Risk will join a team focused on implementing reporting analytics and technology associated with the potential projected stress losses for our semi-annual CCAR capital planning and review processes. These tests are designed to test our capital adequacy focused on the companies Available for Sale (AFS) and Held to Maturity (HTM) Securities. The roles primary responsibility will be to analyze, review and support the process of generating stress results, leveraging the firms’ internal models, and the ongoing analysis of those results for accuracy and reporting. This also includes the review of input data and the consolidation of multiple model outputs into various presentations for management consumption and consolidation. The Assistant Vice President will also work closely with Technology and the business to develop automated solutions to streamline and better analyze reported results Responsibilities will include:
• Identify potential process improvements and capabilities to increase consistency, transparency, and reliability of stress testing results • Partner with Technology to design strategies for an automated solution to ensure complete, correct and timely reporting o Creation of test plans, review of requirement documents, development of technology milestones and reviews of results • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders • Provide ad-hoc support and analysis • Assist with implementation of key controls and maintenance of associated process documentation • Production of the Other Comprehensive Income (OCI) and Other Than Temporary Impairment (OTTI) results o Analysis of the results to ensure accuracy and provide main drivers decomposition o Reporting of the key driver components for presentation and management use ','!*!The core strengths required for this position include but are not limited to: • Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity and interest in risk analysis • Demonstrated ability for problem solving and attention to detail o Solid analytical skills (Bachelors in a concentration with analytic focus, e.g. business, finance, economics, management information systems, etc.). • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills • Prior work with technology teams • Strong written and verbal communication required to effectively communicate and collaborate with the various CCAR and functional teams (e.g. risk, finance, analytics, technology) • Ability to work independently ','Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
