Description

The purpose of the Director, Technology Solutions Implementation is to lead the Business Systems Transformation effort for Employer Group to enable agile digital first experiences that deliver excellent customer service at operational scale. SalesForce/ARC will allow Humana to efficiently scale operations, introduce new differentiating capabilities and improve overall quality needed for the growth strategy and our overall financial targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and Gain approval for updated digital transformation roadmap. Deliver/Launch capabilities as per the agreed roadmap and manage any changes in prioritization.

Reengage all program stakeholders to create awareness, gain support and to ensure advocacy for the Group CRM Program.

Leverage the capabilities of the Salesforce/Vlocity CRM Platform to reduce overall operational costs.

Align Group CRM Capability Deliverables to identified Process Transformation needs with defined ROI Model for each major grouping of needs.

Develop Long Term Administrative cost savings models for streamlining roles and processes in Quoting and UW, Sales organization, and Account Installation.

Reduction in IT costs by reducing maintenance on existing systems.

Leverage and Manage Vendor to improve outcomes and improve the value we receive through our contracts with them.

Deliver capabilities that enable the Growth Strategy.

Accelerate delivery of sales capabilities across all segments and lines of business.

Increase sales by using new pipeline management tools in Salesforce.

Partner with Marketing to enable execution of Marketing Cloud Roadmap and refined messaging and value proposition in growth strategy.

Deliver capabilities that enable an improved Open Enrollment experience.

Leads a team that documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements.

Oversee the implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.

Implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Required

8 or more years of technology implementation experience

5 or more years of leadership experience

Advanced knowledge of and experience with CRM implementations, technology solutions, data, modeling, and optimization tools

Advanced knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Scaled Agile (SAFe) Development Methodologies

Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development

Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments

Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment

Desired Qualifications

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
