Role Summary: Responsible for leading the Retail Marcom team, the successful candidate will assist the Vice President of Retail Marketing & Merchandising with the development and implementation of retail marcom strategies and campaigns across the full Xfinity Retail footprint, including Branded Partners and National Retailers. Drive strategy execution to achieve channel engagement, revenue goals and brand experience impact. Ensure that product launches, promotions and campaigns are accurately, timely, and effectively executed. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. The ideal candidate has strong executive and leadership presence, excellent strategic planning skills and robust marketing experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Manage and provide oversight of a team of marketing professionals in support of all Xfinity company owned and third-party retail channels

Support the development of the National Retail, Branded Partner and MDU channels with dedicated needs and deliverables

Oversee all brand & product marketing at retail including the development of in-store communication strategies, creative briefs, and messaging

Own the Retail Marketing plan-of-record, identify critical milestones and timelines, and ensure delivery against goals and objectives

Oversee the development of a retail-TV strategy and approach to optimize in-store digital screens

Develop the strategy and implementation of an in-store event & workshop engagement series

Engage stakeholders across the Brand, IMC, Growth, eCommerce and Retail Sales & Operations in both the development and launch of marketing plans

Serve as the department liaison and subject matter expert to cross functional teams, Division and Region partners

Understand financial metrics and apply them towards marketing plans for budget and margin assurance purposes

Oversee compilation of marketing management performance reports, manage budgets, and utilize key financial and operational metrics to measure effectiveness of campaigns and programs

Manage agency relationships

Provide insight and direction to the Merchandising and GTM team regarding Marcom plans and strategy

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Job Requirements:
