Job Summary

Responsible for managing overall operations and client experience within the copy & content of traffic department(keys), including providing leadership, communication, technical expertise, and operational integration within and between all partner departments Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Builds overall focus on efficiency and client experience while providing leaders direction and the ability to implement strategy.

Core Responsibilities

Interfaces with Advertising Sales and other departments to coordinate success of campaign and overall client experience.

Works closely with sales team to understand schedules for major initiatives and advertising campaign introductions.

Oversees key business metrics and analyses and addresses issues with appropriate personnel.

Develops operational policies and procedures and effectively communicates them with the Advertising Sales teams.

Manages, mentors, and develops a team of Advertising leaders.

Ensures adherence to budgets and monitors capital spending.

Leads the copy and content operations to ensure commercial advertisements run per a client's contract. Provides vision and direction to the department regarding corporate, division and regional goals, business plans and initiatives.

Establishes and communicates clear direction and priorities to the department management, vendors and works with other departmental leaders to ensure priorities are met. Monitors the team execution of functions and the adherence to established policies.

Provide resolution to complex and exception operational issues and manages the high-level escalation issues from both internal and external sources.

Approves and oversees implementation of advertising traffic schedule.

Evaluates operational and technological needs to keep our competitive advantage in the industry both from as sales and operational perspective.

Recruits, hires, trains and develop department personnel. Provides direction to the department regarding corporate, division and regional goals, business plans and initiatives. Establishes and communicates clear direction and priorities to the team and direct reports. Monitors the team execution of functions and the adherence to established policies.

Assists leadership team in developing and managing annual budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective implementation strategies.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

National Pay Range: $70,381.47 USD-$164,956.57 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
