Essential Functions Brand leadership -serve as a brand indication advocate - Demonstrate belief and passion for the brand - Convey ideas and plans clearly to ensure broad understanding - Generate support for ideas and plans through persuasion and consensus Keep up to date with all new information/data for the brand and its competitors and utilize the information to provide a competitive advantage for the brand Analyze and assimilate market data/intelligence and incorporate findings to develop strategies and tactical plans. Utilize innovative thinking to overcome potential barriers and provide solutions. Lead the development of marketing materials and ensure timely approval of materials in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensure effective roll out of marketing materials to the field team through plan of action meetings (POA) Work with cross-functional team, internal stakeholders, alliance partner, and external vendors to invite broad input to further develop and execute business plans. Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), and key professional and patient advocacy organizations Track performance impact and make appropriate adjustments as needed. Closely manage marketing budgets to ensure expenditures are aligned with the brand plan Plan and execute successful launch and entry of new products in marketplace, where applicable. Ensure compliance of promotional policies and practices with all applicable laws and regulations Requirements BS/BA is required, MBA preferred 12 years marketing experience in a healthcare field, launch experience preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of Oncology marketing experience. Oncology Sales or training desirable Demonstrated success in developing and executing tactical launch plans Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and lead cross functional teams. Ability to effectively interface with marketing support functions to ensure aligned objectives and implementation of brand materials Successful experience working with external partners. Alliance partnership experience is a plus Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge of marketing mix and channels to support brand strategy Ability to take on board new and complex clinical information and adapt it strategy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, fast paced work environment Experience working with KOLs and other specialists Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies.
